St. Jerome School

Homeschooling Curricula & Textbooks

St. Jerome School provides a fun, manageable, classical, and truly traditional Catholic education. St. Jerome Library began in 2014AD, and St. Jerome School was created in 2018AD by Nicole to homeschool her own ten children after over ten years of experience, along with knowledge gained from her Bachelors Degree and some Masters work. As she began creating fun Catholic books for her children to use, she found that others were interested in using them, too. As SJS continued to grow, she was absolutely amazed how God would place just the right talents at the right time to make incredible books for Catholic homeschoolers!

Because the everyday work of SJS is run by our family, SJS does not offer full enrollment, and therefore has no tuition charges or enrollment offered. One pays for the lesson plan books and the school materials to homeschool on their own terms. Many parents find this simplifies the process as families have stated that enrollment can be a waste of money and time, constantly having to submit all the paperwork, asking questions about specific requirements, etc. SJS' mission is to help Catholic families do their most important work. It is an apostolate. The lesson plan books feature color-coded days of the week and seasonal backgrounds with daily assignments. Parents find this offers very helpful direction for daily work to be accomplished in their home. There is also room to make modifications to the coursework right in the books if the parent so wishes.

SJS is run by Pre-Vatican II Traditional Catholics. They carry on the true Faith as Christ taught us He would be with us until the end of time. SJS does not tolerate modern errors. So, if you are of the same belief, you can rest assured that SJS does not promote books that teach Modernism, the synthesis of all heresies. If there are any errors in books recommended, those places to "fix" are pointed out in the lesson plans. SJS is continually working on putting out new solid books and exciting reprints of older, public domain works that teach the Faith as it always was, unchanging.

St. Jerome School offers affordable, classic and sound education for homeschoolers. The main goal is to create a quality curriculum that raises saints for Heaven, but is also manageable for the busy family who understands that homeschooling is just one important aspect of a Catholic life. Catholic homeschoolers should not feel overwhelmed, but excited to homeschool! Because St. Jerome Library & School's everyday operations are run by a large homeschooling family, the nonprofit does not have a public phone number. Questions are answered via email or the contact forms on the website throughout the day. Thanks for understanding the nonprofit's limitations.
